This site was created for the purpose of expanding the knowledge of Lolita Fashion, from Sweet Lolita, to Kodona, to Gothic Lolita, to Aristocrat and so-on, and also to building a large and friendly community of Lolitas to discuss the fashion we love.

After a long wait there is finally another site update! There will be another content update in the next few days with a new article but this update mostly contains image-based content. There have been 4 more banners added to the top title rotation. The following style guides have also been updated with newer images, Gothic Lolita, Sweet Lolita, Casual Lolita, Hime Lolita, Shiro Lolita, Classic Lolita, Country Lolita, Sailor Lolita, Wa Lolita, Punk Lolita, Ero Lolita, Kodona and Aristocrat.

There has also been a minor tweak to the Brand and Shop list with three new stores offering overseas shipping added and Bodyline's info edited to reflect that they are now offering overseas shipping directly from their main site. The link to the new EGL/EGL Buyer and Seller Database has also been added to the links section of our site. Keep your eyes peeling for our next update in the next few days.

This update we're pleased to share some Lolita desktop wallpapers for you all. In the bottom menu above 'Site credits' you should now see a linked titled 'Wallpapers'. There we have 15 desktop wallpapers for your downloading pleasure.

Just a small update to fix some links and typos that were missed during the creation of the site. If you catch any errors or broken links you can help us out by telling us about them so they can be fixed.

All of us here at Lolita Fashion.org are very excited at the reaction, and warm welcome we have had to the website already from the community. We have 33 forum members already. Who knows how many we'll have by the end of the month!

Our resident lurking code tweaker Rowan has also added an interesting feature to the site; printed pages are specially formatted. to see an example, use your browser's 'Print Preview' feature. This way you can read and learn from our articles offline as well!

Welcome everyone to the grand opening of LolitaFashion.org!

We are very pleased to have you all to the site, and the world of Lolita Fashion. We hope that in the coming weeks we can build a large, and wide-spread community full of Lolitas from around the world. So feel free to sign-up for the forums, and join in the discussion. The forum is also a great place to find any new information, and ask questions about the fashion that may not be answered here on the main site.

As LolitaFashion.org is new, and we're just finding our feet, expect a few minor updates with further information in the coming weeks. We are hoping to provide as much helpful information and guides about Lolita Fashion as possible, and as such we are always on the look-out for website contributors. If you or someone you know has a helpful guide about an aspect of Lolita fashion, whether it be a sewing tutorial, recipe, or even just how to tie a bow - send them our way!
